Returns, delivery, clearance seasons, sizing and rewards.
Returns
Return anything within 60 daysto any Yuktikara store. Online orders can come back to a store too; you don’t need the store you bought from.
- We check every return before we accept it. Once it’s accepted, we refund the original payment.
- We can’t accept items that have been damaged after purchase. If we decline a return, we’ll tell you why.
- When you return something, we ask why. Those answers are how we learn that a style runs small, and we publish a fit note on its page when it does.
Delivery and your order
Delivery is free on every online order. An order moves through three stages:

| Pending | We have your order and are getting it ready. |
| Shipped | It’s on its way to you. |
| Completed | Delivered, or handed over in store. |
Prices don’t include sales tax, which is added at 8.25% at checkout.
Clearance seasons
We clear stock twice a year, in January–February and July–August, with up to 40% off selected lines. Outside those windows, some lines carry 10–20% promotions.
Sizing
Footwear comes in US sizes 7 to 13, including half sizes. Apparel runs XS to XXL. Equipment is one size. If you’re between sizes in boots, try them on in store: every store can check stock by size on its RFID system.
Rewards
Yuktikara Rewards has three tiers: Trailhead, Summit and Alpine. You can also pay with the Yuktikara Rewards Card, online or in any store.
